terms of service

scope

these terms apply to all photography and video services provided by konrad von burg (the photographer). by booking a session, you agree to these terms.

booking & payment

a booking is binding once confirmed in writing. payment is due on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

delivery

final images and videos are delivered digitally via an online gallery. delivery time is usually up to two weeks after the shoot, unless otherwise agreed.

artistic freedom

the photographer retains artistic freedom regarding style, editing, selection, and number of delivered images. no specific number of images is guaranteed.

usage rights

clients receive private usage rights for personal and non-commercial use. commercial use requires written permission. the photographer retains copyright at all times.

portfolio usage

unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

liability

the photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control (force majeure, technical failure, illness). liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

cancellation

cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. fees may apply depending on timing and preparation already completed.

applicable law

these terms are governed by swiss law. place of jurisdiction is switzerland.
